The listed rental rates are current as of August 2019, and are subject to change. Rates include all utilities (heat, air conditioning, water, electricity up to $60/month, cable television, high-speed internet), parking, maid service, and all taxes.
Guests can rent for any specific dates. Rent is prorated to the exact move in and out dates. You can also rent on a weekly (required 7 day notice to
terminate) and monthly (required 30 day notice to terminate) basis.

Check-out until 11.00 a.m.
Guests may check-in on the first day of your rental agreement after 2 p.m.
All guests must provide a valid major credit card and photo ID upon time of check-in or rental agreement will be voided. All first-time guests must check-in during regular office hours, or schedule an “after-hours” check-in for an additional $50 fee. “After-hours” check-in can be scheduled for anytime of day, with advance notice. Guests must check out by 11 a.m. on the last day of your rental agreement.
Countryside Apartments is located in the near west side of Madison.
Downtown Madison is less than a ten minute drive, with the travel time to the University of Wisconsin campus approximately the same. The Downtown area features a wide array of available activities including fine dining, music & entertainment, eclectic restaurants, art galleries, theatre, and the newly built convention center.
The two major shopping centers, West Towne Mall and East Towne Mall, are each a 10 minute drive away by major highway. In addition, we are also
located within ten minutes of the city’s major hosptials and clinics, which are nationally recognized for their leading health care services.
June 1 to September 30 is our high season, so immediate occupany is not always available. During this time, please make efforts to reserve apartments no later than 30 days in advance. From November 1 to February 29 (Off Season), apartments are usually available for immediate occupancy.
No security deposit is required. At the time of reservation, guest pays $200, which is applied toward your rent. If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled move in date, you will receive a full refund. You can cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled move in date, by forfeiting the reservation payment.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments, buildings, and common areas. Guests may smoke on their decks and balconies. Guests found to be
smoking in their apartment are subject to $300 fine.
We accept some pets in limited numbers of pet designated apartments, however guests must notify us about pets at time of reservation. Approved pets are charged $25/week, or $50/month, per pet. We also require a
deposit of $300 per pet, refundable upon check-out.
Some of our apartments can be accessed via a ramp from the parking lot with no stairs, and handicap parking is provided. Please notify us if you need an apartment that is handicapped accessible.
As you begin traveling again, we are fully committed to providing you an amazing guest experience and top notch customer service. Our commitment starts with updating our policies, services, and processes to ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.
All amenity room services including Fitness Center, Badger Lounge, Pool, Playgrounds have are now open again, and weekly maid service has returned to normal operations. We continue to expand our in-house cleaning activities to clean / disinfect all open common areas multiple times per day, and continue to take additional protective measures with all apartment turnover cleanings.
Currently, masks are now optional for guests and Team Members who are fully vaccinated. We ask that all guests follow updated CDC recommendations, including recommendations for unvaccinated persons to continue to wear a mask indoors and practice safe social distancing.
