Nestled in 7 wooded acres, our one, two, and three bedroom furnished apartments range in size from 700 to 1800 square feet. With our full-size furnished apartments, top notch customer service, free amenities, and flexibility in renting, our value makes it an easy choice to call Countryside home.
Countryside is located centrally in Madison, WI, just a short- drive away from the downtown and westside neighborhoods, and easily accessible off the Beltline Highway via the Todd Drive exit.
Our 64 corporate apartments are divided among our two buildings, 2801 Coventry Trail and 2824 Landmark Place. Both buildings feature their own separate parking lot accessible via different streets, but are connected via outdoor walkways.
The Rental Office is located in the lower level of the 2801 Coventry Trail building.
In the interest of the health and safety of our guests and team members, the following amenities will remain closed for the foreseeable future: Fitness Centre, Badger Lounge, Computer Workstation, Outdoor Pool, and Playground.
Weekly maid service has also been suspended indefinitely. We are providing additional supplies to guests during their stay, and the washers/dryers in the common laundry rooms are now free to use. We’ve expanded our in-house cleaning activities to clean/disinfect all open common areas (including the laundry room) multiple times per day, and additional protective measures are being taken with all turnover apartment cleanings.
