How To Rent :
We try to make our rental process as simple as possible:
1. Contact us by email, phone, fax, or HERE, with your requested dates and desired apartment size.
2. After we verify availability, we will fill out a rental agreement which can be sent to you via email (PDF), fax, or mail.
3. Sign the agreement, and return via email/fax/mail. $200 deposit, (payable by credit card) along with a picture ID and copy of credit card are also required.
When we have all of the above, your reservation will be set.
4. The remaining balance for your first rent period is due upon check-in.
At check-in, you must sign an Open Charge Authorization, which is used in lieu of security deposit.

The listed rental rates are current as of July 2010, and are subject to change. Rates include all utilities (heat, air conditioning, water, electricity cable television, DSL internet), parking, maid service, and all taxes.
June 1 to September 30 is our high season, so immediate occupany is not always available. During this time, please make efforts to reserve apartments no later than 30 days in advance. From November 1 to February 29 (Off Season), apartments are usually available for immediate occupancy.
Guests can rent for any specific dates. Rent is prorated to the exact move in and out dates. You can also rent on a weekly (required 7 day notice to terminate) and monthly (required 30 day notice to terminate) basis.
No security deposit is required. At the time of reservation, guest pays $200, which is applied toward your rent. If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled move in date, you will receive a full refund. You can cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled move in date, by forfeiting the reservation payment.
Check In and Check Out Times:
You may check in on the first day of your rental agreement after 2 p.m. If you need to check in after office hours (after 5:30 p.m. weekdays, after 4 p.m. weekends), please let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements. You must check out by 11 a.m. on the last day of your rental agreement.
Occupancy Limits:
1 Bedroom Apartment - 2 persons
2 Bedroom Apartment - 4 persons
3 Bedroom Apartment - 6 persons
Jacuzzi Suite - 6 persons
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments, buildings, and common areas. Guests may smoke on their decks and balconies.
Pets:
We accept some pets in limited numbers of pet designated apartments, however guests must notify us about pets at time of reservation.
Handicap Access Apartments:
Some of our apartments can be accessed via a ramp from the parking lot with no stairs, and handicap parking is provided. Please notify us if you need an apartment that is handicapped accessible.
Surrounding Area:
Countryside Apartments is located in the near west side of Madison. Downtown Madison is less than a ten minute drive, with the travel time to the University of Wisconsin campus approximately the same. The Downtown area features a wide array of available activities including fine dining, music & entertainment, eclectic restaurants, art galleries, theatre, and the newly built convention center. The two major shopping centers, West Towne Mall and East Towne Mall, are each a 10 minute drive away by major highway. In addition, we are also located within ten minutes of the city's major hosptials and clinics, which are nationally recognized for their leading health care services.
