If upon check-in, you are not satisfied with your apartment, we will refund your rent and cancel your lease. The following condition apply:

1. Tenant has not visited the apartment prior to signing out the lease. 2. Tenant checked-in on the first day of the lease. 3. Tenant moves out by 11pm of the first day of the lease. 4. Tenant notifies the rental office in writing by 11pm of the first day of the lease that s/he has moved out. |
